Requirements:

3+ years residential roofing experience
Knowledge of shingle installation, tear-offs, and repairs
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Able to work in Alabama heat and humidity
Good work ethic and attention to detail

Pay: Based on experience

Roofing Laborer / Helper

Requirements:

Willing to learn
Able to perform physical labor
Comfortable working on roofs and ladders
Valid driver's license preferred
Reliable and punctual
Team player attitude

Pay: Competitive starting wage with room to grow
